Senior Software Engineer - Data Warehousing
Location: Folsom, CA
Plans, designs, and executes all Siebel customer relationship management CRM back-end system efforts including development items, integration, data extracts and cleansing. Provides stabilization and supports post-go-lives. Migrates interface from legacy systems to Siebel. Support the data migration from Siebel to other CRM applications such as salesforce, OBIEE and generate reports using Analytical tools. Supports integration between Siebel and other cloud products. Maintains, supports, and enhances Siebel eAutomotive application using middleware tools and data quality tools like EDQ, ODI and SOA. Engages in Computer Telephony and telematics integration development. Provides enhancements and support leading to Customer experience enhancement. Reports project status to stakeholders. Assists with SIT and UAT. Monitor, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause analysis for post deployment production issues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, software engineering, or related with 5 years of experience in related occupation. Travel/Relocation required to unanticipated locations throughout the US.

Lead and design the architecture of Datawarehouse by using standard methodologies such as Star model, SNOWFLAKE model. Design the operation data store for integration of data between source and target systems using market leading ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)/ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) tools such as IBM Infosphere DataStage, Oracle Data Integrator. Design and build the data quality techniques by using standard data quality tools such as oracle enterprise data quality to understand, improve, protect and govern data quality. Design the campaign model by developing data extensions for data integration and automation to build journeys using cloud applications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build analytical reports such as sales, performance by designing dashboards for business users. Lead all the technical discussions with business and it users and build architectural documents along with technical design documents. Write complex UNIX shell scripts for technical uses cases and automation of jobs on standard tools such as Tivoli, TIDAL. Design and build integration scripts for CRM tools such as Siebel EIM. Write complex SQL and PL/SQL Oracle queries and materializes views to achieve performance optimization.
